Unless otherwise indicated, the large majority of our items are crafted with 925 sterling silver. Those that are not will say German Silver, Brass, Gold-Plated, etc. The same goes for our stones. Unless the description says otherwise, you can be sure you are getting genuine gems.
Quite simply, because we are a small, Internet-based company, we don't have the overhead of a brick and mortar store. In addition, our connections allow us to purchase items at lower prices than our competition and we pass the savings on to you.
We would be happy to work with you on a custom piece of jewelry or to make adjustments to existing items (swap out stones, change the base metal, etc). Due to the expense involved, we can't do it for items under $75 and it does take 3-6 weeks for the piece to be created, so you must be patient.
We strive to have a fair return policy--when purchasing goods on the Internet, one takes a risk and we want you to always feel confident that you’ll get exactly what you want when you order from us.
a) If you received a damaged item: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but at least within five days of receiving your package. We will replace, repair or refund the item depending on your preference and/or availability.
b) If you do not like the item you ordered or change your mind: Email customer service to notify them of the return (email@example.com). A representative will aid you in your return.
We process orders Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. For standard shipping, your order will go out within 24-48 hours if you order during the week. If you place your order after 7 p.m. on Friday, it will be shipped out by Tuesday of the next week. If you select expedited shipping, your order will be prioritized and sent out within 24 hours as long as it is ordered by 6 p.m. CST on Friday.
Simply navigate to the TRACK ORDER link at the top of the Semiprecious homepage. You will need to enter your order number and/or name. Please allow the package time to be processed by the USPS. Once the shipping label is printed, it can take 24-72 hours for your package to show up in their system.
Although it appears that your package is sitting in the US, it is actually on its way to you. Unless you select Express Mail, the package tracking only works until it leaves the United States, so the last entry will always be the last place it was processed in the US.
For our international customers, the transit time for packages varies widely. So much depends on mail volume and the speed of customs, that it is impossible to predict how long it will take for your item to arrive if you choose standard shipping. While most orders arrive within two weeks, we’ve had some orders take a month. This doesn’t always depend on shipping distance as some of the slowest packages are going to our fellow North Americans in Canada. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage you to select Express Shipping.
If you don’t see your country in the list, there is a good chance we don’t ship there due to problems with fraudulent orders and/or frequently lost packages. However, feel free to email us and ask if you’d like to see your country added.
To register with us as a wholesale buyer, you must complete these forms and include your tax ID, business name, address, phone, email. We will then set up a time to finalize your application over the phone.
