SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays--even those holidays that only the post office observes--because we ship through the USPS.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday or the day before a holiday, will ship out on the next business day.

Items that are in stock (check availability on the item page) will ship out within 24 hours during normal workdays.  If you select an item that ships in 2-5 days, it will ship within 2-5 business days of the date your order is placed. If you select a custom ring size, please allow an extra 3 business days for your order to ship.

FOR US CUSTOMERS:

  • First-Class Mail Service: 3-5 business days 
  • Priority Mail Service: 2-3 business days
  • Express Mail Service: 1-2 business days 
  • FedEx Overnight: Next business day

AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND: 

  • First-Class Mail: 2-6 weeks (average=3 weeks, holidays=5-6 weeks) 
  • Express Mail: 8-10 business days

CANADA: 

  • First-Class Mail: 2-4 weeks (average=2 weeks, holidays=4 weeks) 
  • Express Mail: 6-10 business days

EUROPE: 

  • First-Class Mail: 2-4 weeks (average=2 weeks, holidays=4 weeks) 
  • Express Mail: 8-10 business days

OTHER COUNTRIES: 

  • Express Mail: 10 business days
  • FedEx / DHL: 5-7 business days
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We know there's a certain amount of uncertainty with any online order, so we always want to make it easy for our customers to return any items that don't make them completely happy. If you receive an item you would like to return, please let us know and we will email you a return label.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the date it was shipped in order to receive a refund. (If you are a non-US customer, we will be more lenient, but you must let us know as soon as possible.) 
  • If you return your item after 30 days, we will allow for an exchange or store credit for up to 60 days.
  • Items returned more than 60 days from ship date will be issued store credit less 20%.
  • Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.  If you return a clearance item, you will be given a store credit less 20%.
NOTE:  Items purchased in November and December have an extended 60-day window for refund or exchange.
